Definitely not. It would be another discipline that has little to do with physical fitness. As for me, there are already too many irrational sports where the referees decide and not the result, adding gambling poker is too much.

Any human activity can be organized as a sport. The world is becoming more diverse. All it takes is funding, or a dedicated fan base.
Olympic games lose their base each year, because don't want to provide new games.
