Pep would be an amazing choice but a guy i really rate and is under everyone's radar is Thomas Frank.

In my opinion, the English team will retain the continuity of the English coach and it will be Frank Lampard - a footballer with great football experience and many well-deserved awards.

Unless they acquire a superior coach, it would be wise to stick with Mr Carsley as he knows the younger players well.
