Do you use the time banking effect?

Sometimes I leave the option checked but other times when the players are more intense I take my time to decide what to do, I also do it by strategy when the bubble is close to bursting, using bank time can be positive or negative but I think it depends of the circumstances

If someone uses the time bank and then bets big it is almost never a bluff (I know you can level this but few do).

In cash games, I hate time banks since I think other people make more mistakes than I do without them.

For good or bad I usually make decisions fast.

If my opponents use the time bank, I don't see anything bad in it for me. Even if my opponent wants to annoy me in this way, I take it calmly, philosophically
When I start playing poker, I know that I have time for it, and therefore I am never in a hurry.
