how many tournaments can you play on a day before you get tired ?

I think it's better to say after how many hours of play you get tired. I'm tired after 6 hours of play and I play to end and go to rest.

Lately I play mostly on weekends so I put as much volume as I can , I think something between 20-30 is my number and in average I 6 tabling which is super beneficial for not paying attention in the bad beats
