Length of the Break if You Have Already Played 5-6 Hours?

5-6 hours is not much if you play tournaments, when so much time to pass a tournament you are already in the top 100, so that you raise adrenaline , all depends on what you play

It depends of the tournament. But I am more interested in what kind of tournament and on what site did you play tourney so long. The largest tourney I have played is for 4-5 hours with breaks of 5 minutes in every hour.

Keep yourself fit and gym 2-3 times per week and you will be able to last for as long as you like. Drink plenty coffee and energy drinks if you need to. Take 5 mins every time every hour and get away from the computer. This should help

I break out whenever i fill the need. In live session I try to be at the table but never worry if I have to get up and leave.

tourney to tourney i would agree with this, but most people are multi tabling, so on their other tourneys they will only get 5min, while on the deep tourney they might get 15-20min but they wont really be on break. Unless theyre single tabling

I agree, single tabling is definitely wise. I do not recommend multi tabling if you are doing well in a tournament, all focus and concentration is needed all of the time

Breaks

It depends on the person AND the game. Obviously for a tournament you don't want to take any unscheduled breaks because every hand is important. A cash game though just walking away from the table for a minute or two just to stretch is what helps me out the most. If you notice your game suffering because of the amount of time you have been there, a break may or may not help. If you take a few minutes and come back to no changes, it might just be best to call it a night.
