Playing Freerolls – Worth It?

freerolls are great for beginners and for building a bankroll with no risk. But they can take a lot of time. Do you think freerolls are worth playing regularly?

I don't use freerolls only to make money, which is nice. I also play freerolls to get me to stop worrying. For me, playing freerolls is good medicine.
