What's the best strategy you use to get paid out in tournaments? In my case, it doesn't always work, but I start passively, looking for strong hands to check and then fold hard on the river! Then, midway through the tournament, I focus on only calling premium cards, and towards the end, I go all in or bluff!

Which do you think is the best way?

The main thing is to play on the bench, study to correct mistakes, and add volume, in the long term you will earn money.

Don't be afraid to lose your starting stack. It's already covered by the buy-in. Play aggressively and put pressure on your opponents. In MTTs, most players find themselves in situations where they have to play short-stacked and risk busting.

At least for me, I usually play tighter at the beginning when we have a lot of big blinds. Early on, I prefer to stay solid and avoid unnecessary risks.
As the tournament progresses, I feel like you need to start shifting into a more aggressive mode. If you’ve been playing with a very low VPIP, most opponents will probably assume you’re still playing the same tight way, and that’s exactly what you can use to your advantage.
So I tend to move from a more passive and tight style early on to a much more aggressive approach when stacks get shorter and the blinds increase.

Whichever tactic you choose or how well you learn theory, playing at micro-limits and freerolls won't help you win every tournament. In such tournaments, luck will be more important than anything else.

The MTT strategy is always interesting.
Chip inventory management and position have a big impact on tournaments.
I usually play more aggressively in the late stages.
Nice discussion!

I play tight in early stages and more aggressive near the bubble.

It's simple: at the start of a tournament, you need to play only valuable cards and not open too many hands!

Another question whose answer is: it depends! Haha

It depends on many factors... Type of tournament, tournament stage, characteristics of the players at the table, effective stack, and various other inputs that can influence how we will be acting at the table.

I believe that starting the tournament conservatively is a good strategy... But above all, poker is a game of adaptability, so this shouldn't always be a rule.

Deep runs depend a lot on patience and good timing.

In multi-table tournaments I focus on stack preservation early and look for good spots to accumulate chips rather than playing marginal hands.

That's what i heard once from some players, sharing with you! gl gl
Early stage : Deep stacks - play tight, low risk. No need to force spots; mistakes cost a lot.
Mid stage : Blinds/antes grow - widen ranges to steal and build stack before you get short.
Late stage : ICM + pay jumps - apply pressure, steal more, avoid marginal flips vs big stacks!

I think this strategy is good, but in poker everthing can happn, play tight in almost the tournaments, don´t try to steal in begginning , take time to play with premium hands

In MTT the biggest money is on the FT so we need to build a stack large enough to get to the FT. We do not do this by being passive early. I am not sure what you mean by this " looking for strong hands to check and then fold hard on the river!" could you clarify what you mean.

Winning the most profit from MTT's often means busting them trying to get max value for our strong hands so do not know why I would check them to fold on the river. By strong hands perhaps you mean preflop hand strength vs post flop hand strength? So AA on a river board of JT982 would be a check turn fold river spot yes.
