I always want to sleep late in the tournament. I'm starting to make mistakes

This was a common situation for me - I had to stop playing MTT's during the week as I kept going deep and not getting enough sleep. I even passed out a couple times and that is not exactly +EV. So now only weekends for large field MTT's.

I can't play when I am a chipleader, I quickly lose my chips. Also I can't fold my monsters when flop is very bad for me..

My weakness in poker is that i usually call when have my cards beside the cards of each other tha is higher . when ramain 15 or 17 i unable to go to final table cause of i do call when the other all in .
