The utg min raise confused me. I pretty much considered it a limp due to how low the bet was. Didn't know what to raise to so I raised to 6BB instinctively but I got a chart saying to call here (which seems weird). I got 4-betted so I went for the 5bet. What could I have done differently in this hand ? Luckily the flop aided me

In the preflop solution provided by GTO Wizard AJs is a partial 3-bet and partial call from HJ against a 2,5BB UGT raise. So the chart, you looked at, seems to be a bit outdated or overly simplified. If you read the min-raise as weak, which I tend to agree with, its very reasonable to go for the 3-bet to isolate UTG. However when CO puts in a cold 4-bet, GTO Wizard only continue with pocket pairs, AK and AQs. So unless you have some kind of read, that CO is a maniac, AJs is a clear fold.

The min-raise confusion is the real story of this hand, so here's the useful reframe: at 2NL a min-raise carries almost no information. Some players min-raise aces, some min-raise every playable hand, so don't try to read the sizing, read the action that follows.
Your 3-bet to 6bb was fine, and the chart saying call is fine too, those are just two different plans. The spot where the hand went sideways is the 5-bet. The small-stakes default straight out of the books: facing a 4-bet, fold all but the strongest premiums. Continue with AA and KK, add JJ and AK only against someone you've actually seen 4-bet light, and dump everything else without ceremony. After an instinct 3-bet, "confused" is never a reason to put more money in.
Also, next time include your actual cards in the post, the best replies here get a lot sharper with them.
