Preflop sizing is fine, because you are in position. Its ok to check back this flop, but you can also go for a small bet.

When you bet the turn what was your value target? It is a strong study point to build ranges on this turn and then understand what sizing we would use to target the calling range.
simple example -Because of the Ace on flop most of the hands that will call you on this turn are high equity draws do we really want to give the draws 4.5-1 to call with implied odds if they hit?

I usually 3x the raise plus whatever else is in the middle already, so essentially 0.18 in this case, but I don't think you are missing much. Flop is bad to get checked to. I would try to put in a small bet here.

Sizing pre is fine.

Villains post flop fold is absolutely dreadful, pair and gushot getting amazing price!

I know you block the A but i think betting a little bigger would be better. Flop i would just range bet personally

Correctly choosing starting hands in poker is already half the battle to success. When you enter a hand with the right cards, you not only avoid difficult decisions postflop, but you can also be confident that you will actually have the best hand quite often.Your position determines your turn to make a decision during a hand.

I think, you are misreading the hand history? BTN folded preflop but decided to show his hand, presumably because he would have turned a straight with his 42s. The opponent in the hand was UTG, and if he had a hand like KJ of spades, its pretty reasonable to give up to a small delayed C-bet, since he could easily be drawing completely dead to any hand with an A in it.

I had to re-read it a couple of times, and finally figured out the BTN was just showing.

Why can't people just post HH's? I hate these screenshot things.
