My starting stack was $3.57, sitting at BB (6-max, fast fold). My hole card was 6d 3d.
The villain was a maniac. Villain's starting stack was $2.50, sitting at MP.
Everyone else folded pre-flop.

Villain opened $0.05, I called.

The flop was Ad 4d 8d monotone, I checked, wanting to trap the opener. He c-bet $0.06 as expected, and I raised to $0.18 which he called.

The turn was Qd, a total scare card, which meant any single diamond higher than 6 would have outdrawn me. Now I checked, he bet $0.24. Should I bluff-catch here or give up?

I continued. The river was a blank card, 9h. He continued to bet $0.67. Should I call or fold?

I think I would give up at the turn.
On the flop it seems strong, but when the fourth diamond appears, our flush with the 6 ♦ is very weak. Any bigger diamond beats us.
After he check-raised on the flop and still bet on the turn, I would be worried.

Preflop
In a non-ante cash game this is a pretty loose defense, and especially in a Zoom style game I would just press the "forward" button and move on. Playing bad suited hands out of position against a maniac is not, where our profit comes from.

Flop
Again I think, you can go bigger for value. Pot was $0,11 going to the flop and $0,23 after his bet and your fictive call. You made it $0,12 more, which is just over half pot, and I think, you can get much more value from a maniac than this. You can hit the "pot" button, which would be a raise to $0,29 or even overraise to $0,4 or $0,5.

Turn
Yeah this card is a killer, especially when your flush is so low (hint: fold preflop). I dont think, there is anything wrong with check-folding, even though it obviously suck against a maniac.

River
If I did not fold the turn, I would usually fold now. I know, it sucks, but unless you have really seem him bluff a lot, I dont think, you are good often enough here. Since he is a maniac, you can also go "f.. it", stick your foot down and call. Just dont tilt then, if he show you something, that beat your baby flush.
