Preflop
Standard 3-bet sizing for a 100BB cash game is 3x in position and 4x out of position, and then you add any flat calls in between. So here it would be 4 x $0.06 + $0.06 = $0.30. Your sizing of just $0.18 is therefore say to small. If you dont want to bloat the pot this much, it is also an option to just stick in the extra $0.04 and see a flop.

An undersized 3-bet pretty much just massages the pot larger, since the in position player will get a great price to see a flop, and then you have just bloated the pot, when you are out of position with a hand, that decent but still kind of rough to play on many flops. Its actually kind of amazing, that SB did not come along as well for an extra $0.12.

Flop
Pretty terrible flop for you obviously, where you could easily be drawing to one or two outs or even a runner-runner boat, and when your hand is best, your opponent will have a ton of equity with any random diamond in his hand. So I definitely like your decision to start defensively with a check, and when he bet this large, I also like your decision to simply fold.

This feels pretty weak-tight, but sometimes in poker the best decision is to get out of a bad situation as cheaply as possible, and I think, this was one of those times. It boils back to preflop, because if you 3-bet much larger, then maybe he actually does fold sometimes, and then you dont need to see this ugly flop out of position.
