We don't have stats on the villain, but based on some hands, it seemed like he wanted to limp quite frequently.

Preflop
If he limps a lot, then maybe this min-raise out of position is actually strong? But in general I would look at it as weak, and he also started with a broken stack, which indicate, he is playing recreationally. So I would be tempted to attack this with a 3-bet, but calling is also fine.

Flop
No point in doing anything other than calling here.

Turn
You improved to trips, but if you were behind on the flop, you are still behind now. He also size up and bet almost full pot. So I am definitely not raising here, but I can not fold either. If he has you outkicked, at least you now have some outs to chop, and you also have outs to beat a small set. But I actually dont think, you have the best hand now. So its not a fish-pump call but more of a "cant fold yet but hope he slow down on the river" call.

River
An overbet on the river is so rarely a bluff from a passive player, and there is no chance, he is taking this sizing with a worse hand for value. If he has A7 or A6, he might bet again, but it would not be this large. So here you need to make a disciplined fold. Calling in spots like this not only ruin your winrate but also risk putting you on tilt.

This is super underbluffed. Even turn you just have a bluff catcher v an underbluffed spot and likely underbluffing villain. I think turn is ok to call but you are hoping to improve on river or he gives up.
River is a clear fold especially v an overbet.

3-bet pre. All is good except river. Opponents at these stakes don't overbet bluff there often enough for a call. It's a pretty std fold on the river.
