Another rather specific thing when going from 100BB to 150BB is, that a preflop 4-bet in a heads-up pot with normal open sizing become larger. With 100BB we usually 4-bet to something like 21-23BB to stay away from committing to the pot. But with 150BB we can go larger and still have room to fold to a 5-bet.
