How do you play 3-bets in GG Poker?

In GG Poker's Rush & Cash, rake apparently starts being charged from 3-bets, so when you fold out opponents with a 3-bet, the profit is small relative to the risk.
Looking at other players' 3-bet rates on HUD, most players are between 6% and 8%, which I think is somewhat low, so I believe they might be conscious of the rake.
In my case, I'm experimenting with just calling hands that I could 3-bet, but I don't understand what efficient play looks like.
How do you all approach 3-bet pots in GG Poker? What would constitute efficient play?

it makes sense to be picky, most people including me keep 3-bet range tight to avoid spewing EV. I’ve been flatting more too just to dodge rake and play postflop where there’s more edge.
