What’s one leak that instantly tells you a player is a recreational at the cash tables ? Curious to hear what everyone notices first. 🤔🤔
 
Limping almost every hand. 😄 It's not always a giveaway, but it's one of the first things I notice. Recreational players also tend to call way too often instead of thinking about ranges or position. ♠️

Stack that is under 100bb, Limping, Posting blind before it comes around, small 3bet size, open shoving, shoving over 3bets instead 4betting because they can't play the hand post flop, cold calling in the SB (most cases), high vpip, big gap between VPIP and PFR.

Can spot all of that within a few hands.

Definitely the limping, especially when they keep calling pre-flop regardless of what else is going on. As an example: limping in EP then calling whatever when there have been two or more raises before the action gets back to them, basically refusing to fold at any cost once they enter the pot and having zero awareness of position and what it means.
