What are your thoughts on online vs live play.

First i started playing live. but i noticed i was called tight and i kept getting moved from table to table. management said it was random but i was the only one being moved across the tables, for a few hours. it does happen online but online is random.

Online i feel like i play better poker. and i like that i get more hands (quicker) than live.

Has anyone had similar experiences?

I only have experience online, I've always wanted to play offline but it's very boring.

I feel the same way. Live poker has a completely different atmosphere: more psychological pressure, more table talk, and more attention from other players. If people keep criticizing you at the table or you keep getting moved from one table to another, it can really throw you off and make it harder to make good decisions.
online poker feels more comfortable in that sense: less unnecessary pressure, more hands per hour, and it is easier to focus only on strategy. Especially for learning and building volume, online is often much more efficient.
On the other hand, live games are usually softer because there are more recreational players and more mistakes from opponents. That is why many players try to combine both formats: online for practice and volume, live for potentially higher profit.
If you feel more comfortable online, that is already a big advantage. Playing where you make better decisions is usually more important than just following someone else’s opinion.
