If you don't have a baseline open range for every position you should probably think about making one. I find that most of my enormous preflop errors like this come when I don't even have a sense of a range and am just going by "table dynamics." A baseline is good imo because you can still deviate from it, but without that baseline you don't have an anchor/starting place.
