TY! Great Information and straight to the point. I downloaded so i can keep reminding myself alot of those points.

Thank's Monkey for this useful guide.
Don't know yet if i'm ready to switch to cash games poker, but all infos are good to poker players.
I would have add that UniversalReplayer is a good freeware easy to use to look back at your hand histories. You can then watch the action as an animation.

sweet

thxs alot..i read it and i also use it...it helps my game alot.

Right on! I fit the criteria perfectly for this guide : ) I have been playing poker online for almost 2 years now but 99% of that is MTT's and SNG's I do venture into cash tables once in a while but it's either a quick high or low haha. Gonna try and read over breakfast 🙂 thanks again

Dude this is awesome! Thanks much!

I have been considering moving on to cash games but have held off knowing it would probably be a BAD IDEA! LOL But maybe, after some more study, I will do it!

I haven't had a chance to read it in depth yet but look forward to it. From my original skimming it really looks like a very useful guide!

THANKS AGAIN!

yeah, i defintely know there are some holes in my game and your article willdefintely help out. Thanks!

As I'm new to this forum, I happened to read your article 1st thing. I have to say that I found it to be very informative and hopefully useful in my future endeavors at the poker tables. Thanks again for the excellent read!

Thx sticky could use some help man i made 70 euro profit on poker heaven but the way that it goes, i don't like at all it seems like it is rigged to me but none of you want to talk about that cause it is bullshit,so what is it then....?? i play for 2 years now and everywhere i seem to go it's like the computer doesn't like me or something....always get rivered always lose to big stackers in tourney's and in cash games they always have more then i do and win 20x in a row and hit all the time getting real tired of it and thinking about quitting but i like it to much.but it is also very frustrating so bad that i wanna quit.....can someone tell me why i have sooo much bad luck.....gr tim

Wow I'm surprised I just saw this, that was very well written but I know you are a great writer so that's no surprise. Nice job man.

You have heard this plenty of times already but I wanted to thank you for the info in this post. It is one of the best I have read and can't wait to put it into action.

I do read the periodic "thank you" posts and I am glad people continue to read and benefit from the guide.

After playing a ton of MTT, and doing fairly well for myself... And playing cash games here and there, usually losing my money, I was looking for a good guide. This is just the type of guide I was looking for. I'll come back and let you know if it worked ;-) Thanks for sharing Ice.

Thanks for the guide, bud. I especially enjoyed the 'dealing with tilt/downswing' page. I love hockey, but I never took the being 'level-headed' from hockey and put it to poker. Cheers.

Thanks for this really good thread. I'm mainly a low buy in tourney player so the basics in this are going to be useful if i try cash. i agree ^^ the downswings/tilt section is really good. Even though when you think about it it's obvious, it still feels like your the only person in the world always missing the money.
