Thank you Icemonkey!!! I love your guide! It has some very good suggestions. I am going to put it in my learning folder.

Youve apparently put in alot of time to put this all togeather and although i dont have the patience to read all of it what i did read i like. I must say good advise and pokerstars is my favorite site. Im going to keep your post in mind. I usually play mtt i do like to play ring games in between those tourney where i sadly lose my mtt money to ring games. Good Luck Ice monkey9 and thanks for the info.

thanks! I have been thinking about the tracking software- is this why so many internet players are doing great when they move to live games? Or is it the amounts of hands= experience they are able to play online?

Suuuuper 1000th post and really well thought out and formatted guide Ice. One thought (thought you might have thought of it and maybe slipped your mind) is tht if you are playing on weekends and doing really well don't be fooled into thinking about moving up because you are realy playing against a great deal of mediocre players. Hope this'll help some think a little before moving up.

Very thank's for articles like this, i want to translate this for my blog, because english is not my first lenguage hehe. Very thank's. I hope that u can give me the permission to translate in part this article.

Regards,

impressive, well done man! Maybe ill give the software a thought, but i like to play "real" better i guess. Thanks for the effort!

Wow, very well put together dude, i always considered using tracking software but thought it would be a waste of HD space and time. Holdem Manager is good keeps everything organised. with multi-tabling how many games do usually get up, I'm thinking of buying a bigger monitor cos i can only fit like 11 tables.

i disagree with his estimation that ultimate bet doesn't have good cash games. Granted there are few, but for me the ones that i do find are donkathons.

Wonderful article and it definitely needs to be pimped out right! Thank you for this guide and a great 1000 post😀.
