Early morning EST on ACR there are a lot of foreign players that go nuts. I only play micro stakes though so that could just be how they always play.

The best time of the day to play for me is between 8 AM to 6 PM aka the time I have the most concentration.

If you're not concentrated, even with a lost of fishes you won't make profits.

The pro's always say to play at night, when everyone else is tire and not paying so much attention to the game. This way you could make moves accordingly to your position and the players that are on tilt and tire from being there that all day. But just make sure that you also playing your best and Not being tire your self as well. I personally like to play in the late afternoon cause I happen to be alert and very awake to take some swings at the poker tables. Let's face it, there is days when things are not going to go your way..!

Probably late at night, counting on other players being tired and not focused. Although I just played cash this morning, got Aces, raised 10 BB, two guys shoved all in, one had KK, other had AK suited. I tripled my stack 5 minutes into playing. So maybe mornings after all

If you're playing live, I'd say weekdays 6pm-11pm, weekends after lunch and dinner rushes. You'll have more fish, drunks and partiers. A lot of regs will know this so table choice is important as well. Online however? You're pretty much never safe, its always grind time for someone, 6pm EST is 12am in Berlin hahaha

Bright and early or after a well rested nap. That first few hours after being up for me is the most freshest and crisp time of consciousness for me. Anything after that or off that timeline needs a few drinks lol
