A lot of players at the lowest micro stakes are simply playing for fun and don't take the game that seriously. Because of that, they can play very aggressively and use the "if it hits, it hits" approach.
They might shove with almost any Ace or King without thinking too much about kickers, ranges, or what their opponent could have. Sometimes it works and they double up, and sometimes they lose everything, but they don't seem too worried about it.
I think that's one of the biggest differences between playing for entertainment and actually trying to improve at poker. When you take the game seriously, you have to think about the long-term results instead of just hoping the next card saves you.
