Yes, I think that makes sense, since not every player can beat the casino. Although it depends on what kind of blacklist we’re talking about. For example, if we’re talking about players who have somehow won a lot of money at the casino, the management will try to identify them before starting the game. But if the blacklist includes players who ended up there for a different reason (for example, fighting with other visitors or security guards) then management might allow them to play, and then refuse to pay out at the cashier’s desk if they win.najisami said:
