They could monkey with the shuffler, mark the cards, and you'd never see it. Pretty stupid to get caught when you have a license to print money. blackjack is hard enough to win without the house cheating

Of course it's not BOL fault guys...it's the casino they chose to use..BOL is totally free of any wrong doing here...please, BOL should be finished

The big BOL sign hanging in the background ain't helping either

Really, BOL is totally free of wrongdoing, ummmm no, It was their system so the buck stops with BOL, them saying they have reimbursed the affected player isn't enough.

How many other people were cheated by this or any other BOL dealers, how far does it go, is BOL involved in the cheating and only released the statement once caught out, who knows.

BOL has released this statement:

20 February 2017 – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

"BetOnline Notified of Questionable Behavior by Black Jack Dealer from its previous Live Dealer Casino Provider
20 February 2017, BetOnline.ag has been notified of an instance of potentially questionable behavior by a black jack dealer from its previous Live Dealer Casino Provider on the date of January 25th, 2017. The Company removed the previous Provider’s Casino and replaced it with the much improved Visionary iGaming Live Dealer product on February 18th 2017.

BetOnline.ag is currently looking into the issue with help and careful cooperation from the previous Live Dealer provider. BetOnline.ag asks that anyone who feels they may have been affected by this dealer’s actions to contact them by email at C[email protected].

As always, BetOnline.ag takes client feedback seriously. And nothing is more important to BetOnline.ag than the integrity of its gambling offerings and the enjoyment of its players."

Good to hear. But what I want to know, Why was the dealers face burled out out, he should be known to all players.

I asked the same in the youtube video! And no Debi, I don't need you to say you have no clue as why😛 I'll get it from the one, who posted the video. 🙂

Yes, I agree. I was hoping you would realize my post was 100% sarcasm. Bet online should be labeled as the cheaters they are. I was referencing the statement they released as an incredible joke. I don't see how bet online is not put in the same category as ultimate bet. They should be closed down. Also, Sports betting is basically the same site ran by the same people. Both should be boucotted

The blurring came later. I first saw the video when it had 370,000 views and it showed the dealers face, and more importantly the BOL logo behind him, which I suspect is the real reason for the blurring given the size and position of the blur.

In the original video, when he didn't notice the cheating, you can still see the dealer and logo. The hand plays out from 13:50 to 15:00

Ah. It does make a good point on watching the dealer vs messing around on a phone.

Thanks.

Today I have to play in that room but I do not think that I invest what I win there I withdraw it

All online black jack or casino games seem like rigged. On this issue, nothing is going to be done about it. They will just look into it and then nevee get back to it. They just think people will forget about it.

Well, this issue is already being talked about at popular online poker and casino forums,so BetOnline can get a pretty bad reputation after this.

BOL has not tried to hide it, and got a statement out straight away that the company that has been providing the live dealer service has been replaced and they paid out the player that was cheated.

Has anyone considered that this may have been an honest mistake? Considering that the people who run the live dealer studio aren't even directly connected to the people who are taking the bets (the online casino) I really don't see the motivation for them to cheat.

That video definitely raises some eyebrows. I wouldn’t say it proves cheating by itself, but I can understand why players would lose trust after seeing something like that. For an online casino, transparency is huge, because once players start questioning the integrity of the games, it’s hard to win that trust back.
