Blackjack: skill or luck?

To what extent do you consider blackjack to be a game of skill versus a game of luck? Do you think mathematics plays a role here, just as it does in poker, and do you have a specific Blackjack strategy?
 
80% luck, 20% discipline. math tells you what decision gives you the highest EV, but the deck doesn't care about math when the dealer pulls a 5 card 21 out of nowhere 💀 my only strategy is memorize basic strategy charts, set a stop loss, and leave as soon as I'm up.

The only skill that eventually beats the house in blackjack is card counting where is still possible.

But in general, with some knowledge of the game and the basic strategy, combined with a lot of discipline, the average player has more chance in blackjack than in any other table game.

Unfortunately, the shuffling of the cards (Randomness) prevents mathematics from playing a significant role in blackjack just as it does in poker.

Other than the known "Basic Strategy", I have no specific strategy of my own, I'm not a genius.
 
Blackjack is a combination of both, but unlike most casino games, skill plays a critical role that can reduce the advantage
 
A lot of luck is needed in this game , but in the end , on the long run you can be a winner , a very big winner if you have enough skill . And if casino owners don't [ throw you out of their house .
 
I’d say it’s a mix, but skill matters more here than in most casino games. Basic strategy alone can make a big difference

I don't have a strategy of my own. However, I am convinced that your results will depend on both your skill and experience and your luck. A combination of these two factors is essential.
