Which of you has ever been able to stop playing after a big win 🕳️?

I stopped gambling during periods when I didn't have free time for it. This is probably the only reason.

Humm, compreendo...🤔

I've never had a 'big win' playing casino games . Did well in some poker tourneys at a real casino and got a few player shares after a bad beat poker jackpot but that's about it .

Unfortunately, I haven't had such a big win yet. What does the term "big win" mean to you? Can you give a specific example?

I would stop playing as soon as I won $1 million. I would definitely take a break for a few months or a year. Hopefully someday I will have a reason to take such a long break.

I admit I don't understand the question very well.

-- Do you mean a huge win and stop playing forever?
-- A big pot in a cash game and quit for the day?
-- Or a big win at a table game and manage to stop and leave before you lose it back?

The most I've ever won was $2,700, on roulette. I took a break for about a week. So a week is $2,700. There are 52 weeks in a year. In order for me to take a break for a year, I would have to win $140,000. Over 10 years, $1,400,0000. Just math.

After earning much larger amounts than you invested.

For that day and also a big win at tables or slot machines and get knocked out at that moment!

Good luck! 😉

I could have stopped.
But there was no reason to.
My biggest win in the casino was $3,400. Then, the next day, right after sleep and breakfast, I went to the casino again.

I would do the same... kkkk

Not an addiction or a control. Just entertainment that brings pleasure and money. I take a break in most cases when I see that it's not my day, when I see that I'm not very lucky. And when I'm lucky, on the contrary, I play more and for me this is definitely not a reason to take a break.

I understand your point of view! ✌️

It's not a problem for me to stop playing after a big win or after losing $10.

Congratulations on self-control Lena! 😉

When I play I have my limits, win or loss, so I am leaving when it is time no matter winning or losing!

For me, the hard part would be knowing when to actually walk away after a big win. It’s easy to say you’ll stop beforehand, but the moment you’re winning feels different.
