Yes agree. The things mentioned have nothing really to do with manipulation but rather with an inviting experience so people feel comfortable.
I have to agree with that. Besides, no one is twisting no one's arm. They're there, you'll be welcome to go in and you'll never be forced to do so.

"Manipulation" can be interpreted in different ways. But if there is malicious intent in the actions of the casino management, then this is a criminal offense for which there should be criminal liability.

its a trap . it's all about keeping people playing ass long as possible for you to lose all your money . because even when you win big that's when they start giving you stuff for you to stay and keep playing until you lose everything .

One thing that bothers me is how hard it is to find a clock !Oh , and you have to walk a long way thru the gaming area to find a bathroom.

Me personally I have no problems with jazz music and attractive dealers as they have no influence if I come back to a place or not.
Good to see that you're not easily manipulated. If people are that weak willed to allow themselves to be manipulated by a casino, then they deserve what they get.

Actually i dont even see those things mentioned as manipulation by the Casino. I would call that "casino ambiente". Some might feel manipulated yes but if they cant figure out themselves that the casino does that stuff so people feel comfortable and maybe come back then they might get exactly what they deserve yes.

You can still call for the exact time in the United States by dialing the U.S. Naval Observatory (USNO) Master Clock at +1 (202) 762-1401. You will hear an automated, precise atomic clock announcement in an old-timey broadcasting voice.

You won't, the casino's won't publicly say it's manipulation.

Of course casinos try to lure customers , especially new ones , to keep on playing , play more and more money . This is well known to everyone , not sth new

i get manipulated real quick with the alcohol offers from staff and sexy dealers

I never really thought about scents and music as part of casino strategy until reading this thread. The no-clock/no-window thing makes sense too, since losing track of time can change how long you play.
