You might try checking your Snipping Tool settings and see if something got turned off.

Good question - I was actually thinking of this very thing while I was scrolling and updating just now, and then I read this comment. 😆 I would like to say it's cumulative - but the rules say: "Top three big spin or Bonus wins submitted throughout the month win a CardsChat t-shirt" So I think I must stick to just the best ones. Next month though, we'll probably do something similar, and I think I'll make it cumulative; I feel like it will be more fun that way.

Make sure you are submitting your starting and finishing amount screenshots, and label it if you are submitting a bonus. Remember you can only submit one bonus per week.

Make sure you bet the maximum! It's play money, so give it a shot - you'll get bigger bonus wins that way when they happen. 🙂
 
I placed mostly $120 bets, in 2 minutes my balance is 0 and I ended session 😛

Any chance that game could be fixed? Well, just the balance refreshing.
