They should have just continued with it regardless, the casino competition kept us to explore and learn more about the casino, and to practice casino games risk free with play money, on top of it there were prizes won each month for participating.najisami said:

It's not the best use of resources or budget to have only the same 7-8 people winning the same prizes over and over again. That's not to say that we will not revisit this with alternatives or revamped for the future though.maronza1 said:

But it's also understandable that the competition has been discontinued. The purpose was to get as many members as possible involved with casino.us.

It's sad that this has been discontinued. Me I didn't participate because im very simple when it comes to casino games and was not motivated to learn anything above pushing buttons.
