Problems with "Almighty Mustang Express" slot

I'm trying to play this at PartyPoker casino (as it's on today's free slots tournament) but the game doesn't load - it gets to 100% and just sits there.
Anyone else having the same issue? Is this a know problem with this game? Anything I can do?

I have had problems like that at PokerStars, also with freespins for specfic games .
One way it worked , was playing the spins in the browser.
Although I don't know if Partypoker has a webversion.
If that doesnt work I always got freespins for a variety of games after I contacted support about it.
Some still never started, also being at 100% but there was always a game which worked in the end.

I hope that's how Partypoker would handle that as well

I was just about to post, I had found a work-around by going to PartyPoker casino in the web browser and playing it there.
Hopefully this will help others stuck today on this for today's slots tournament at Party.

Alternatively, you can try reinstalling the Party Poker App. Maybe this will update the software and this glitch will disappear. Or there is an even simpler option, just wait 1-2 days. In 80% of cases, such glitches disappear and reappear by themselves.

Damn that sucks my friend did u also try it on another device or maybe on a mobile phone with the android application for example?

I always used the phone for those. they work a lot better on Android than on Windows.
But you've already solved the issue, I'm just saying it in case...

I do have the mobile app (android) but rarely use it, so it didn't occur to me to try it on there - option for future though if I have problems with other slots
