It does not change the outcome of the spin, the outcome is decided the instant you press the play button.
The video of spinning reels is just that, a video, the video is the psycological trick, without it people wouldn't play or get drawn into playing.

stopping yourself might change the outcome ! make a few small bet spins then walk away and try the poker room .

I wish there was a stop button that actually stopped the reels instantly 😂 Watching them slow down near a winning symbol and miss it by one spot is painful!
