Just be polite and ignore it. There is nothing to gain by any conflict with a person in a game where the house has the edge.

If they really bother you just move to a different table.

I don't think they would do that except for some major reason, but they might warn her.

I have been patient and polite for a long time, but she didn't want to stop.
And why would I move to another table while I was winning hand after hand?

It all probably depends on my mood. Mostly in such cases I don't pay attention to the people around me and simply ignore their advice or comments.

When I win, especially in casino games, everything around me, except the game itself, somehow loses relevance for me. I don't think I would even notice this lady.

I don't think you can ignore someone next to you on a blackjack table, especially if they are repeatedly talking to you and touching your shoulder to get your attention when you try to ignore them.

I had this happen Wednesday. Right beside my slot machine. "Oh you should move to another machine, blah blah blah." I just handed her the odd 5 dollar ticket and kept telling her to go get me drinks....hahahahaha.

Honestly, I think you handled it pretty well. You were patient at first, but everyone has a limit. If someone keeps giving unsolicited advice after you've made it clear you're not interested, it's understandable to get frustrated.
The only thing I might have done differently is politely but firmly tell her earlier: "Thanks, but I'd rather make my own decisions. Good luck with your game." If she kept going after that, I'd probably call over a dealer or floor staff instead of letting it build up.
That said, on the day of my biggest win, I probably wouldn't have been any more patient than you were! 😄♠️♥️♣️♦️
