Weirdly, you've been winning almost every hand at this blackjack table till they changed the dealer. You started losing almost every hand. At the next dealer change, you started winning again, a new dealer comes in, you lose everything you won again and so on.
What to do?

If i win and lose at a dealer change, i will wait for the next dealer because surely im gonna win, and at the end of the dealer session i will call it a day.

Yeah I guess that makes sense, but that weird circle might keep going. I'd probably leave at the end of a winning dealer shift.

I would leave the table (if I still have the money I had got at the beginning) since I am not superstitious and I know that the casino always is the final winner 😉

Better than sorry is most of the time a good approach, especially for responsible and disciplinned players 👍.

Keep at it. The dealer doesn't matter as blackjack basic strategy is based on the law of big numbers. In other words the more hands you play the better you will do. 🙂

it's time to leave when you start to lose period , dealer change or not . take some winnings and run .

Well, first thing, I watch the new dealer like a hawk lol. If possible, cut your bet in half; if not, then play two hands. It seems crazy, but you won't lose both hands very often. I prefer two hands when I can, but my casino is always packed.

I think that's what I'd do. And if anything, I'd leave right after a winning streak.

In that case, I'd leave when a "lucky" dealer is leaving.

Yeah, in case I deide to stay, the two hand idea could probably be the ideal choice.

I'm not sure how it works. But I know that the government wins a good part...

Think anyone who has played blackjack has had this happen to them, think this is a good idea, never have had much luck playing the game myself find I never win much but never lose much either that why I never play anything but poker when I go to the casino ,never been a slot jockey just don't have that kind of luck, just going to stick with poker where I feel I have a slight edge on the average Joe

I just keep playing or if I get tired of playing stop. The dealer has nothing to do with anything especially if you are not counting cards.

But if you are going from a "good deck" (the count was greatly in your favor)to an unknown deck maybe its time to call it a night.

I would have changed the table much earlier. But even if I hadn't, I think I would have exhausted my money limit for the evening long ago. What to do?
Drink beer 🙂

Though we don't want to get the government involved here, we know that they collect taxes from everyone.

Free beer has been on already. What to do in regard to the dealer change and the ups and downs it's been causing?

Too volatile a game for me. I would probably take a break. I'm a pretty conservative player and these ups and downs would stress me out.

It's indeed very stressful and certainly not for everyone.

It will all depend on my mood and my limit for the evening. I think I would just take a tea break, or maybe just change the game.
