What do you think people play casino for?
Simply money. In beginning they don't care rules.
Too much interest & adventure causes huge loss
 
'beginners' at a real casino feel like they are at a party and have a few drinks (or more ). alcohol and gambling are not a smart combination .
 
The common mistake of beginners is to believe that they can control the results based on past plays.
Many inexperienced players assume that if a slot machine hasn't won a prize in a long time, or if the roulette wheel has fallen red five times in a row, the opposite result is about to fall.

Thinking you can beat a game where the odds are in the houses favor.

I think non poker and non sports betting, long term winners are like 1% of players.
 
I think one of the biggest mistakes beginners make is believing that a few wins mean they've figured the game out. Every casino game has its own rules and odds, and no strategy can guarantee a win. It's easy to get carried away after winning and start betting more than you planned. Knowing when to stop is just as important as knowing how to play.
