I agree with you.
You can have a favorite number as much as you want, but betting on it makes no sense. The other numbers have the same exact chance as well.

I have won more money playing roulette than any other game of chance. I can't say that I have my own system, I play based on intuition, but I always bet on zero. And, by the way, it was zero that made roulette the most profitable game for me
