Looks like the winner is Frank Kassela.

For awhile, my pick (John Juanda) and Frank Kassela were neck and neck until the end, then Frank took a commanding lead and win for the Player of the Year award. Frank won 2 bracelets (back to back) and cashed in 5 games this year at the wsop.

He played a lot in the WPT, and in the WSOP for a few years.. this year is the first year that he really made big advances in the WSOP, having only 6 other cashes in the WSOP previous to this year, from 2005-2009.

Congrats Frankie! I kinda thought Allan Kessler might be a contender early on.

Yes, looks like it will be him. Unless Juanda pulls off a miracle and finishes 1st or 2nd in the Main...which isn't totally out of the question. Vladimir Shchemelev, Dan Heimiller, and Michael Mizrachi could also win it with a Main Event win. And Mizrachi is one of the chip leaders after Day 1A.
