I always feel like I have a fresher approach to my game after taking a break.

Breaks are really need, also you must have a hobbie-it may be some of kind of sport or something else. The head should be free from poker, a constant analysis of the hands in the head and everything that is connected with poker

If it is not permanent your income the break must be.
Maybe I'm wrong, but even great players give themselves a break for a few months.
Take a break for a few months, isn't too long?

I play as much as I can, never get enough. Always thinking and analyzing hands in my mind. So no I don't take breaks unless I have to. I'll take short breaks between games during a session but my main focus is to get better, not to make $5 a day (beginner at micros). Still you have to make your priorities like school and work. Keep grinding! :)

Sometimes staying a few days or even weeks without playing can refresh your head? I see for myself, sometimes when I do not play for a few days, when I come back I get a better mind and I make more correct decisions. It looks like it's filtered and I can play better. With you, is that so?

It is good practice to take a break, even the pro and do it, and even more when we come in a bad way

YES! In my honest and humble opinion i think a break is warranted for all poker players at some point during their game. I think you come back refreshed and on point. I dont think breaks make you a better player, but i think they bring the best out of you. My experience with breaks has always been good or great. I would advise taking a break if you feel like tilt mode or anything even close to that or a feeling of being burnt out.

yes I think it helps. May also get rid of some frustrations you have after having periods of not so great luck as well as refocusing like you mentioned.

I think if I stay a week without playing poker I will lose you get playing every day like concentration, to watch the plays of all the players of the table and other things that in the day to day playing you learn.

It's just self-deception!

If the break is good, sometimes it's good to get away from the tables for a week
