If i have AJ clubs and my opponent has Aspade Q clubs do we chop flush? Or do i win?

No. If there are 3 clubs, you win. With 4 spades, you lose. Got it?

It all depends on what the board cards are.

I would add that with 4 clubs on the board, you win too, cause you have the ace, so you have a higher flush than your opponent.

If you have the ace, it doesn't matter what kicker you have, you will have the nut flush - thus win.

If the ace of clubs was on the table, then it would depend on who has the highest club in their hand.

So lets say you had an ace of diamonds and a jack of clubs and your opponent has ace of spades and queen of clubs and the board has 7/2/A all clubs, then your opponent would win at show down with a better flush because the queen is higher than your jack.

Remember, you make up the best possible five card had possible with your hole cards and the board so your cards value, even with an "ace high flush" still count.

if there are 4 clubs among the community cards
AJ suited Clubs would beat a Q of clubs
because A clubs is higher than Q of clubs

you only win if 3 other clubs pop up. if 4 spades pop up then you lose. it really depends on what the board has on it because there are still a varity of hands that you could lose to. especially if the board pairs up. and dont forget about a straight flush possibly killing you.
