So I scored this hand last night

It caused me to wonder, is it easier to get a Royal Flush playing Omaha than it is playing Hold-Em.... and if so, how much? Just off hand you'd think that having 4 hole cards gives Omaha a huge advantage. But in Hold-Em you can play the board if it hits there. Does that give Hold-Em any advantage over Omaha?
I would try and figure out the math for myself if I wasn't so lazy. Plus, if I tried I'd probably get it wrong anyway.
Thanks in advance!
