AA and flop AKJ... It all depends on the flop, do not fall in love with the hand. You understand that you do not win distribution, it's time to fold.

AAs are better

AAs should win more than Kings because of the odds but I have lost a lot more with aces than I have with Kings for some reason. Usually online poker happens like that because some idiot will call with some kind of hands that you shouldn't call with especially in tournaments. I hate playing Pockets AAs or KKs in tournaments because you will get more calls and get sucked out on.

When you hold KK, the table feels your strength, no 52s on the flop, no draws. KK has only one more or less significant opponent - AK. And he can only collect pathetic bugs if an ace hits the flop. Rule: If an opponent with AK decides to go against you and an ace comes up on the flop, don't worry about the king on the turn or river.

best hand between aa or kk

For me the best between AA and KK must depend on how many players are in the hand and the amount they bet and if we let the flop see with those hands; In my case I look at what came out in the previous hand and what they lost with, many factors influence but in my case the two options are good hands to call

I prefer AA for sure, but I also really like to play with KK and define the play soon, with AA I like to always let the player in the hand giving reasonably good bets without indicating much strength so that I can extract more chips from this guy.

i like kings post flop as well. you can really play the game with kings and get paid off a lot when you hit the king on the turn or river. Aces is a cut throat try to get one on one all in, cards tend to play themselves. kings, queens, jacks thats where the poker is played and learned. Cool how the game teaches you as you go you really dont need anyone to tell ya lol

I like the AA pair better as it plays better preflop, instead KK hits an Ace on the flop and compromises your hand.

At microstakes players will often commit heavily with Ace-anything. If the board brings an ace then your KK becomes a loser, whereas your AA becomes an even bigger winner when your opponent overvalues their A6.
