1) Try not to give your spouse a reason for arguing. (That helps not only your poker game, but relationships with her/him either.)
2) Talk with her/him about it before you start to play. You have to find right words to explain, that it's critical for your success at poker game, that you are not being distracted during a session. And she/he should give you talks-free time, during that.
3) You may use headphones, for example, to not give even a chance to talk with you during session. (You won't hear a word anyway. :) )
4) If nothing listed above helps, stop all your cash games immediately, when you feel that your spouse's emotions are heating up or she/he turns to talk mode and your requests "to talk later about" don't seem to work. If you are playing tournaments, well too bad. Try to avoid arguing and maybe headphones help again. :) For the next time plan your Tournament games at other time, when you most likely not being distracted by your spouse. (Maybe when she/he at work or go shopping.)

p.s. But i think to manage first two options is the best way to handle with this problem actually.
