Basically to stick in the games you play better. In my case it was always MTTs but I'd sometimes play cash, lose some money and then it becomes a snow ball when you try to recover.
Thats the worst part of cash games, you sometimes play them when you're trying to recover money, since in a single pot you can get it all back. Kinda sucks to play tournaments when you're in the red.
