Unless I've hit my limit, I hop on to the next game. After I've played enough, I either watch some movies or go to sleep...

Luckily, I've become disciplined enough to not get frustrated after bad beats or wrong calls.

If I had a good run at the table and get knocked out before cashing I'm looking for another tournament. However if I get knocked out early I'm looking for another game, so most times after I play I'm looking for another game.

most often I cry because I've lost my money. this is a joke of course , if the session was long I love to then walk or run into the park or some physical work to relax psychically

After poker, I usually if I have free time,- then go for a walk to air out my thoughts, but it happens that after poker I go to bed because I need to rest and I need to get ready for work later!

You have to move on and not let it bring you down. Hardest obstacle for me was making the right calls but wrong results. Once you except that, you don't dwell on it, and you got to the next task with a clean conscience.

i get pretty pissed!!! i turn off all eletronics, and go watch a movie or series. and if a lost to a donkey or a bad beat i cry a lot and :icon_puke LOL

poker is a love and hate situation. and maybe that is why i hate to love it

when i bust out a tournament which happen very often, i keep playing cause i usually play 4-6 tables at once so is always another
if i wish keep playin more, i register another are always a zillion choices
if i done i go bed or watch a better player on Twitch lol

Well always new things to learn and there is always a new tournament to hit. Although I am always learning something while playing, I can focus my time in studying several things while I am not playing, like reading books and also watching tv at cable

Usually go on tilt and get more losses ,but lately i just quit the client just go on a walk it helps relaxes and also you get time to think about your mistakes.

What i usually do is to see replay of the hand in which i was eliminated and while the memory is still fresh to analyze if i played it correctly but got bad beat or i made mistake. After that i usually close the poker client and do something else on the pc like browsing or listening to music. I am not a person who tilts easy though. If you are easy to tilt it is best to get out of the pc for at least few minutes to avoid doing something stupid while tilted.

If I have time, I open a new tournament. But usually most tournaments take place at night, after I finish the game, I immediately fall asleep. It happens that I doze in the early and middle stages. But at a late stage, a second wind opens. There is no time to sleep.
