Hello,
We can admit that poker is a game of strategy.
In a poker show, a commentator asserted that a pro in poker is so far ahead compared to an amateur that he would beat him without even looking at his cards.
What do you think about that?

experience is always win in distance, when you can put your opponents in patterns it's go easier

I think a professional player can win and still not look at his cards only if he gets a very unconfident amateur. What will a pro player do if an amateur starts playing aggressively? That is, we are now talking about one of the components of poker - psychology. But we forget that there is also math! :unsure:

We have another side of coin on this topic it's a emotion, if you can't put it away mistake will happen and opponents put you in pattern and take adventage on you :)

Its false. A player who does not look at his cards can just rely on luck & may win 50% of the time. While his opponent can adjust a strategy based on his cards will have an edge thus can win more than 50% of the time.

you might win a few times, but realistically you are playing amateurs, cant do it against pros.

First of all, I need to know what is a Pro and what is a Amateur from the commentator.

It is that commentator who have the absolute power to decide which poker player are PRO or not? For sure he have a big mouth.
