in cash games full ring what is the best way to play these hands when someone has already raised. Is it better to just fold mostly unless against a loose player and avoid tricky situations such as hitting the ace and being dominated. Or do u reraise and try take it down there and just fold to a reraise.

i find these hands hard to play i think calling is the worst as it is usually call fold if you miss the flop and if you do hit you still dont know where you are in the hand.
i find these hands especially hard to play as when u sit there and dont pick up a hand for ages you value these hands higher than you should do

I think it would depend on your position. If you were on the button with A10 or AJ and the CO raised I would raise and try to take it down right there if possible. If he calls you are still likely ahead of his range. AQ and KQ I think are playable unless the raiser is really tight or there is a UTG raise. I would only play Axs if there are alot of people in the pot.
