I don't think you're criminal, you're just another guy who likes playing poker! I think about 1 to 3 years, it will be legal on the Federal level. It is legal in most states.

Even if you are breaking the law, the fact that you are even morally concerned alludes to the fact that you are most likely not a criminal. Unjust laws do not require observance. As a matter of fact almost all of our heroes are criminals in the eyes of someone at some point.

some states have a ban, but federally it is legal. I know of players, myself one, who have cashed, sometimes it just takes a longer time, and some sites do not offer bank wires to us players.
