analytical formulas & numbers

Could someone please tell me what the formulas are and what the #'s represent, optimum #'s to have and their meanings??? I see alot of __/__/__, with numbers inserted and have noticed that some sites keep track of these numbers, what sites do? or are these figures available for a price?? I am sure that as poker becomes more and more popular all kinds of numbers will be available. Any big opinions out there??? Thxs..
