another Rakeback question

hey guys, i asked this in the rakeback forums but no replys so far, hopefully you guys can help me out quicker
im signed up to get rakeback at fulltilt, i used the raketracking feature to see my rakeback, it says i have $x rake for the month of may, thing is i dont recall seeing this money added into my full tilt account balance, is there something specific i have to do to claim it or am i mistaken and it must have gone into my account and i didnt notice?

I don't know who your rb provider is (and it really doesn't matter) but generally they'll put last month's rb in your account a week or so into the following month. My provider, for example, pays on the 10th each month. Look for an FAQ on their site to explain payments.

Some rakeback deals put the money direct into your poker account, others accrue a rakeback that's paid out to wherever, separately. In that situation, sometimes it will only be paid when it reaches a certain amount, and you need to set up payment options first. It's also generally a fixed time of the month as already noted.
