He deserved to lose that hand just flip your ****ing hand over at showdown and quit hollywooding/slowing down the game with your stupid games of "I have a pretty good hand. How good? I got a pair." etc.

i think the argument is that the player with the Qhi flush is saying that the player with just the Kc and no flush insinuated a call by showing his Kc and wants him to pay the call. He didn't have a flush.

Don't think so - there was no flush for either.

How about folded cards with or without tears, had a deck circulating the table for some time with such cards.
Very terrible IMO. I was dealt some card that had been bent in half practically.
I folded my hand. Brougtht it to the dealer's attention but how could he even deal me a card of such. He had to feel how unnormal the card was while dealing it to me.
What are rules for this and do they differ by state? Most likely a response could be all casinos are different.

Well, I guess it really differs based on how good/professional the poker room you are playing at. At Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia, dealers are so good that they can spot tiny fingernail imprints, let alone deformed cards. Once they notice it or a player at the table makes a legitimate complaint, one of the floor supervisors will be notified by the dealer and a new deck of cards will be brought over. The marked deck will then be taken out of circulation.
