Anyone read "Sit 'n Go Strategy" by Collin Moshman?

a friend just gave me a copy of this one, knowing I like poker books. (He doesn't play really). I haven't read it yet, just wondering if anyone has heard of and/or read it.

I wouldnt mind knowing how you get on with it. I know sitandgotraining.com recomends it. This is the next book I am eying up so please let me know

From what I could gather from the small glance they give you inside the book,
starts of:

1) explaining once again the chip to dollar equity ratio in tournament play.

2) blue printing hands one should or shouldn't play.

maybe just another theory?

Read it: I give it 6/10

ICM is fairly well explained but some hand examples are just useless/sometimes marginal. I suggest looking on 2p2 (gasp) for the review of it.
